Emergency On Call Service

For businesses that do not take one of our support plans we provide an emergency on call service on a subject to availability basis.

We will prioritise your service call after our service contract customer obligations have been met. But in most cases we will try to do same day call out.

This typically results in service to your business within 8 hours, but can be quicker if our schedule allows.

Once we are at your business we will not leave until the job is complete and the problem is resolved.
